  • Nutritional advise given during a consultation, is tailored to support established conditions, diagnosed conditions and health concerns identified and agreed upon.

  • Where existing medical treatment is being applied, it is recommended that the client informs their general practitioner of the nutritional advice and plan being recommended.

  • The client must inform the nutritional therapist of all medications being taken, for how long and for what exacting purpose.

  • The client must inform the nutritional therapist of any recent medical procedures taken place in the last five years.

  • The client must inform the nutritional therapist of any herbal or natural supplementation being taken, as well as any current or recent dietary regime undertaken.

  • Nutritional therapy advise is not a substitute for professional medical advise.

  • The client is advised to immediately inform the nutritional therapist of any concerns arising from nutritional and lifestyle advise offered.

  • The nutritional practitioner has the right to contact the clients general practitioner with permission or medical investigation.

  • It is not the practioner's responsibility to diagnose a medical condition.

  • Payment is made following the consultation to the practice receptionist or by bank transfer in the case of Skype consultations.

  • Cancellation of a scheduled appointment is required 48 hours in advance.

  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the appointment is not attended without prior notice.
